Research assistance for scholarships
For those who need assistance in finding and filling out an application for a scholarship, the Accademia provides an expert in the field, who is able to evaluate the documents prepared by the students with a critical eye, and to give advice on how to write their own curriculum vitae.
The responsible person for the assistance for scholarships is Marlies Baertschi, who is available on Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm, only by appointment.
Students from the Accademia Teatro Dimitri benefit an enormous price reduction on tickets for all shows at the Teatro Dimitri (only 5 EUR/CHF a ticket). In addition, students are entitled to get free tickets for performances at the Teatro di Locarno, only by reservation at the Secretariat (Francesca Marcacci).
Also, on a regular basis throughout the year, the Accademia organizes theater evenings or events of particular interest in other cities.
Students, collaborators and teachers of the Academy can take advantage of the sports offer that includes various disciplines (including fitness, dance, winter and water sports, climbing, hiking, etc.) and the possibility to subscribe to fitness centers benefiting from reduced prices.
