Alessandro La Rocca

Pianist, actor, singer, and composer, he obtained a Master in Classical Piano and a Master in Chamber Music at the Conservatory of Music "Nicolini" in Piacenza, where he also graduated in Jazz Music. He also studied opera at the "Arrigo Boito" Conservatory in Parma. Since 2009 he has worked as an actor and musician in the Czech Republic.

He taught voice and rhythm/movement training at the DAMU in Prague and collaborated with the universities of Banská Bystrica and Turku. Under the patronage of the Czech Ministry of Culture he carried out ethnomusicological research on popular music in Bohemia and Moravia, culminating in the publication of two CDs.
