Alexei Ivanov

Acrobatics Teacher

He was born into a family of Russian acrobats and grew up with the circus arts. He spent fifteen years on world tour (Europe, North America, South America, Japan, South Korea) with a number of stunts and slapsticks. He won the Tristan Rémy Prize at the Festival International du Cirque in Monte Carlo in 1995. In Switzerland he toured with the Circus Knie and the Circus Monti. He is also professionally active as a Swiss Ski Team trainer and personal acrobatic trainer of the snowboarder Iouri "iPod" Podladtchikov (Swiss gold medal for halfpipe at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi).
