Nancy Fürst

Actress, singer and director, she graduated from the Accademia Teatro Dimitri and later trained in singing. Since 1991 she has performed as an actress and singer with several theater companies and in various musical productions such as Compagnia Teatro Dimitri, 900presente of RSI (Radiotelevisione svizzera di lingua italiana), Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana, Théâtre les50 in France... Founder of the jazz quintet Out of the Blue. Co-founder of the company Le Théâtre de Minuit, which has been dedicated to comic theater for more than 25 years and with its theatrical creations, it tours in Switzerland and abroad. The playful and burlesque aspect finds expression in her directing of several Variété shows and her reinterprettion of Bruno Maderna's opera "Satyricon."
In her classes, she explores different approaches to storytelling, sometimes playful sometimes analytical, without words, but always with an overall physical involvement.
At the Accademia Dimitri she is also in charge of educational planning for the Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.
