Accademia Dimitri Students Take Flight at Two International Festivals!

Mark your calendars! The Accademia Dimitri is thrilled to announce that our talented second-year Master of Arts in Theatre students will be presenting their original production, NOT FOUND at two prestigious international festivals this summer!



First stop: Festival di Spoleto in Italy!

The journey of Not Found continues at the renowned Festival di Spoleto in Italy, taking place from June 26th to June 30th. Steeped in history and known for its commitment to contemporary artistic expression, the Spoleto Festival provides a unique opportunity for our students to share their work with a discerning audience.


Next Stop: FUGA Festival in Koper, Slovenia!

Not Found will kick off its festival run at the FUGA Festival in Koper, Slovenia on July 14th.This innovative festival is a perfect platform for our students to showcase their work alongside established and emerging artists.




NOT FOUND is a captivating exploration of universal themes, created by the students themselves through the Devised Group Project.exclamation This core module in their academic program fosters collaboration, allowing them to hone their skills in writing, directing, acting, and design. The show unfolds through a physical and poetic theatrical language, weaving movement, images, and sound into an immersive experience for the audience.


The student performers, Aws Al Zubaidi, Emerson Damian Vergel, and Marco Valerio Montesano, are excited to bring their creation to life. Their dedication and passion shine through, a testament to their intense research and experimentation.


This show represents a significant milestone in the students' artistic journey. By participating in these prestigious festivals, they will have the opportunity to share their artistic vision with an international audience and gain valuable experience in the world of contemporary theatre.
