Lia Schädler

Lia Schädler gained her first professional experience in 2015 as a young artist in the Chnopf Circus. She then trained at the Dimitri Academy, where she graduated in 2018. Afterwards she continued her training in the study programme 'Embodied Dramaturgie' at the Arthaus Berlin school. Since 2021 she has been a member of the Landholz Theatre Collective in Basel and in 2023 she won the performing arts prize PREMIO for the piece "Why don't you sleep at night?" which will be staged from March 2024. She collaborates with Luana Volet on the project 'douceur de la ville', a gentle walk on concrete, which has been touring various festivals since 2020. In addition to her artistic work, she conducts theatre and acrobatics courses in various schools.
