1914 : Au front au nom de l’humanité
Mirjam Gfeller

Autumn 1914, Paris. The First World War has been raging for a few months, and the number of casualties is increasing day by day. Marie Curie comes up with the idea of bringing a mobile X-ray machine to the front lines to treat the wounded on-site and save lives. She faces harsh criticism due to her Polish origins and her presence, as a woman, in the scientific elite of the early 20th century.
Character inspiration: Marie Skłodowska Curie
Performers: Mirjam Gfeller, Emerson Vergel
Music: Clair de lune – Claude Debussy
