Voir dire

“Voir Dire” is a legal term that refers to an investigation into the truth or admissibility of evidence. It means to “speak the truth”.

This show will probably fail to do so. But it will place justice in the center. Justice as a concept, as a driving force, as authority, as a clumsy person.

Physical theatre will be the principal artistic language through which the main character of this piece will be confronted to the complexity of the theme, the flaws of justice and all the different forms she can take.

“Voir Dire” invites the public to witness an effort of telling a truth.
