Bejo Christen

Bejo Llewelyn Christen was born and raised partly in Sydney, Australia, and partly in Zurich, Switzerland. From a young age, he was surrounded by theater, film, and the performing arts. He sang in school choirs, acted in local theater groups, and made short films at home.

After moving to Switzerland and adapting to a completely new culture and language, his interest in pursuing a career as an actor flourished when he attended the Atelierschule in Zurich, where he specialized in Music, Dance, and Theater. There, he rediscovered his passion for singing and acting, seizing every opportunity—whether performing solo as a singer or taking on leading roles in various school theater and choir projects.

He was invited to join a professional theater company to create the play Die Endemiten (2017). After each of these experiences, he began to realize that no other job would ever be enough for him—he simply had to dedicate himself to acting.

After completing his training as a Voice Actor/Dubber at the Speech Academy Switzerland in 2023, he found his way to the Accademia Dimitri, where he passionately explores physical expression and theatrical creation. With great enthusiasm, he aspires to create and share stories that have the power to spark thought, bring smiles, and touch a heart or two.
